Factory tour, presentation and visit to the apprentices' workshop
They have overcome the first hurdle. After their successful applications, interviews and a taster day, in September five new trainees will start at LQ in Besigheim.
Together with their parents, they made the most of the opportunity to spend a whole afternoon finding out about the various LQ factories: cable assembly, module production, building switchgear cabinets, coatings and the social amenities. The current trainees were very pleased to discuss things with their “new” future colleagues and Thomas Deyhle, who is responsible for training at LQ, was also happy to answer questions from the young people and their parents. In the apprentices' workshop, the visitors were amazed to see a project undertaken by former trainees and they also had a look at the mechatronics engineers' work bays.
