Promotion and further development for employees in logistics
At LQ, we attach great importance to providing our employees with the best possible support. The internal platform of the LQ Academy offers one way of doing this. Our training manager Thomas Deyhle is currently teaching relevant training units for additional business qualifications for logistics specialists who are interested in commercial positions. The aim is to develop their full potential.
The academy supplements the training for warehouse logistics specialists by teaching the missing 30% of the content that is also included in the industrial clerk training program over the course of a year. Thomas Deyhle has been promoting the joint learning of both professions for years in order to exploit synergies. In addition to professional activities, it also includes blocks of instruction in the company and concludes with an internal examination and a corresponding certificate.
